新手请大家推荐一对OCL的功率管？
刚刚开始学功放想做一个BTL的试试，看样子BTL可以看做两个OCL，想问一下做OCL的时候用分立元件应该选什么管子？功率10W左右，请推荐一个型号，有没有成对的对管卖？ if all you care about is just power, at 10w output, you can use to220 devices on good heatsink. TIPs would be a good cohice as they are very cheap. my favorite is MJE150xx in that range. Fairchild makes Toshiba's 1943/5200 in TO220 packaging, called FJP5200/1943.a safer approach is to use to3p devices, like Toshiba's 1943/5200, or those Sankens. 总算有人回复了~~~

I have downloaded the datasheet of the devices you mentioned , and hopping they can be easyly got in the market of Guilin.
There are some words in your advice I couldn't translate :TIP and to3p(I guess it's a kind of package),could you tell me?

TO3P is a plastic packaging. mostly used on devices rated 100w or over. You will unlikely get FJP devices in China. so if I were you, I would just get a pair 1943/5200 - they come in TO3P. TO-220p http://www.carack.com.cn/images/TO-220P.jpg

MJE15030/15031我用过，是好管啊 这个吧，内藏二极管的。。不过俺没试验过，不知道听感如何～

这些便宜量又足，没必要浪费好管子。 both the 1302/3281 and 1943/5200 pairs are excellent (flat beta).
the Motorola devices are licenced from toshiba and should be as good but are much cheaper and more available.
other motorola power devices are not as good.

marketing is particularly effective on ignorant people, :).
Take GM in general and Buick in particular. Those are piece of shit vehicles anywhere but China. Whoever does Buick's marketing in China is super smart.
or VW (another PoS brand), or Audi (a true luxury brand anywhere but China).
