示波器放久了，不能开机了。。。。求助！！！！
魏坤第二版示波器，因平时很少用示波器，就放抽屉里，有一两个月了。拿出来一用发现按开机键没反映，测量发现4M晶振不 工作，换了 一 个后开机白屏。重新写FPGA工程包提示：

这是出什么毛病了？？谢谢各位帮忙看看，。。。 重新写FPGA工程包？怎样写法？如果不是改功能或界面的话，没必要重新编译吧！
还有，绝大部分警告都可以忽略！ 因为开机白屏，看到有 新的工程包，所以试着重刷。。。 回复【楼主位】mayong
