ICD3供电出现ICD3Err0075: Unable to set emulator power.

原厂ICD3,设置供电出现ICD3Err0075: Unable to set emulator power.
芯片PIC12F675,想用ICD3烧写程序
MPLAB ICD 3 detected
Connecting to MPLAB ICD 3...
Firmware Suite Version...... 01.26.33
Firmware type......................Midrange
MPLAB ICD 3 Connected.
ICD3Err0045: You must connect to a target device to use
MPLAB ICD 3.
----------set the power by ICD3 3.3---5.0V----------------------
ICD3Err0033: 4 bytes expected, 0 bytes received
ICD3Err0075: Unable to set emulator power.
MPLAB ICD 3 removed---(but the ICD3 is connect with PC!!)

有没有遇到同样问题的,交流一下.
烧写其他芯片如PCD16F887 PIC24FJ256DA210正常.

有个选项里面是要给出是外部供电，还是由ICD3供电

没有在WIN7下用ICD3，在XP下调试烧写dsPIC33F DSC无任何问题。
