请问coocox出现这个问题怎么解释

CAB NOT STOP MCU
download program failed

但是重新给MCU上电就可以debug了，不知道有没有谁遇到过这种问题呢？

我用的是ACTIVE SEMI公司的芯片，
IDE是coocox1.77
