关于UCTXIFG的数值问题

最近在看msp430x54的i2c模块，关于UCTXIFG的置位问题有些疑惑


如图可知寄存器默认位是1，然后register描述时：UCTXIFG is set when UCBxTXBUF is empty.那么这个set 应该是设置1，还是设置0呢？

还有如图set2中：UCTXIFG is set again as soon as the data is transferred from the buffer into the shift register.数据从butter寄存器转移到shift寄存器中。

那么butter 寄存器就应该空了，那么这里的set，应该是多少呢？

set是置位的意思，就是设置为1.reset是设置为0
