Lattice fpga 编程设置
很奇怪在编程的时候必须设置 TCK Divider为0 才能编程成功，不知道为什么。默认设置也不可以的。

后来发现一个新问题，编程结果校验失败，错误的bit是随机的.
问题的根源是TCK/TMS/TDI/TDO没有和GND使用同一排跳线线，没有平行走线。
使用5根线的排线后编程顺利通过。
