如果是2W的话，聚焦点是越小越好吗？ 或是在一个什么大小范围比较合适？

我试过用激光去除IC的文字，发现一个有趣情况。如果之前IC上的文字是机关刻蚀的，你基本上无法擦除。
因为激光会减去表面一层，而之前的文字同时也会向下减掉一层。所以之前的文字还是清晰可见。{:smile:}

我以前也遇到同样的问题，打激光后还是可以模糊看到原来的字的，不知还有什么好办法搞除了打磨外

add some potting material first, then remark the IC by Laser.

cannot you find a balanced speed?
By the way, what is the wavelength, which is very important for marking and erasing.
For different material, it has different absorb rate on certain wavelength on laser beam.
