共享我的高压无刷电机控制板(所有电路及源码公开)-包括两个开关电源,STM32控制电路,光隔

采用开关电源设计,宽电源输入,能驱动100-230的高压无刷电机,输出功率在500W以上。带过电流保护。
带一个LCD1602显示。速度本人做的马达的控制范围从500rpm-26000rpm。也适应更高速下的马达控制,不同的马达需改用不同的PID调节参数。
源代码用的是MDKV3.20版本,1.0的库(项目已自带)。开发工具是ulink2。

我接触电机控制很长一端时间了, 目前只知道两路电流采样和三路电流采样.

两路么只是第三路计算出来.

单电阻是很常见的方法,Microchip、TI、Frescale的电机控制应用笔记中都有此方法解释。虽可省两个运放也算些钱,不过带来很多其它问题。
对其原理用ST的材料来回答你吧。

Grant太强大了,有空再研究学习,提高一下。
我只用到最简单的控制法,单个电阻也只是用于过流保护。在小功率和有霍尔的应用中也足够了。
想把驱动部分换成DIPIPM,这样能节省不少空间,可靠性也能加强。

至于BOM 原理图已经很清楚了,实物做了一个送客户了,没有图。只有几块PCB板。

最近利用matlab simulink进行了部分仿真,结果与实测效果一置,驱动中都是先根据位置信号以一固定PWM驱动使电机启动,我的板子是500rpm,使用仿真中也是以此为启始转束,

做完这一步,我想改为双环控制,以限制电流脉动,入电流环,但是PI的参数怎样调试,请高手指点指点。

问个强大的楼主,程序中速度pid算法中,以下这句语句的作用是什么意思?
//PID_DIV=(FULL PWM PERIOD/RMP_MAX_SPEED)*Enlargetime=(1250/1800)*64=14
increament = increament>>6;//2^6=64

这个值怎么确定,怎么算出来,为什么要右移6位是怎么算出来,还有
PID_Speed_InitStructure.Kp_Gain = 10;
           PID_Speed_InitStructure.Ki_Gain = 2;
           PID_Speed_InitStructure.Kd_Gain = 0;
这几个增益值是怎么大致确定的?

那是几年前实验板的程序,具体是怎么样我也想不起来,但是对于数字PI调节器,其实很简单,作单位阶跃响应理解就行了。

一般简单PWM控制电机转速,输入就是PWM占空比,输出是电机转速。把它们都当成1 处理就行了,比列系数取0.几。至于中间系数是多少,根据实际变换就是啦。
更新一个容易理解的给你参考:

PID_Speed_InitStructure.Reference = PIDSetValue;

speed_error = PID_Speed_InitStructure.Reference - PID_speed;//PID_speed,实测速度,reference,设定速度


up = speed_error*PID_Speed_InitStructure.Kp_Gain / 100;//这里实际kp系数是 Kp_Gain/100,不用小数是为了提高运算而已
ui = speed_error*PID_Speed_InitStructure.Ki_Gain /100;

一般马达电流滤波器频响取pwm频率的2倍左右即可,上图的电流检测只是作一个过流保护用,所以频率设置得很低。具体分析,我付一个此电路的仿真文件,你可以自己分析

不是终极板的,终极板很多东西都换了,开关电源部分呢为了免去过EMC的麻烦全部使用模块,驱动部分换成IPM模块,特别提醒的是高压桥驱动IR2101性能不好,应改为IR2110S。
