F02a3: Reset under continuation.
1) The program cannot be executed, because the RESET pin of the device is at low level.
Set the RESET pin to high level.


是硬件坏了吗？

应该不是调试器坏了，检测一下reset看是不是和地什么短路了。曾经碰到reset复位的二极管装反导致下载时候提示不能拉低reset
