UCD的Class-D方案仿真成功了,想做一个试试,但是由于模电基础不扎实,不理解电路的原理,求高手分析,越详细越好!

it is really very simple:

1) think of a "power comparator" driving into a low-pass filter. the comparator can only go high or low, based on a) the input signal and b) the (post-filter) analog output signal.
2) the comparator compares the input signal with the output signal. if the input signal is greater than the output signal, the comparator goes high; if the input signal is lower than the output signal, the comparator goes low.
3) the "oscillating" frequency of the comparator is determined by the (phase) delays in the loop.

UCD is one of the msot elegant, intuitive and best sounding class d amps out there.

before you build one, however, I would suggest that you take a look at a typical high-power low-side driver (the to220-5 packaged tc44xx for example), and see the similarity between those chips and your UCD.

that may put you in a slightly different direction.

我们已经按照UCD的版图出了板,正在调试,后集已经工作正常。前级还在调。
前级最上面是一个电流源,然后是差分输入,最下面两个是电流镜,其上的两个二极管就能输出差分电流了。
后面上下分别是低端和高端MOS的驱动,反相的。上面的MOS驱动包括一个自举电路。会稍微难分析和仿真。在下端MOS关闭的时候上端MOS驱动器电平被抬高,因为上桥MOS驱动器的电容两端电压几乎不变,所以驱动器端电压高于电源电压,使得N-MOS打开。

分立的bjt对称性不好把握,最近用高速比较器加上后级驱动做了实验,效果不错,等有时间整理了发帖
