Thank you for your order. At this time we are unable to process your order because both bill to and ship to information is missing or incomplete. As you can see below, the address that you provided came through as question marks. That is because our system is not able to translate it only recognizes English. Please advise your first and last name, name of your company if applicable, and the complete bill to and ship to address, including the postal code in English. There can only be 30 characters per address line, which includes spaces and punctuation. After this information is received, we will then continue to process your order.
