ATME超低功耗的Cortex-M4

看了它的datasheet,功耗真是相当低,都可以拼单片机的功耗了,不过主频只能跑到48MHz。从它官网上拷了段介绍。

主要是货源和价格问题

M4  主频48M,确实有点低。
M0这主频还行。

货源应该不担心,现在atmel产能充足。
价格看量,肯定可以和竞争对手比的。

不过主打低功耗,应该是可以的,也不是所有应用都需要高频的。

ATMEL的M3推广的并不是很好。

ATMEL的M3市场反应,现在不要说ST,连nxp都不如。
感觉atmel在arm9火了一把后推广力度就不行了,再加上断货事件,现在cortex-m市场,很少简单atmel的身影。价格也高的要死。
