vlc接收H264 rtp视频流解码错误

1.开发板硬件编码的同时打包RTP发送数据。
2.用wireshark抓包分析发送来的数据打包是正确的，序列号递增，同一个nal分包情况下时间戳相同。
3.用vlc接收数据提示下面的错误：

发现是程序中的nalu->len 设置错误。
修改之后，视频还是会出现卡帧现象。
vlc提示：
