JLC PCB Quality Issue: PCB drilling is missing.

I have placed an order for four different 2-layers PCBs design on https://jlcpcb.com.
I got the DHL parcel today, three of them seems good. One has quality issue:

The issue is: All of the through holes are missing.

I think, the PCB skip the drilling process for some reason.

I am curious how the drilling process is missed. I believer the drilling process is the first step for all PCB manufacturing.
I am not sure if I am the only one getting the issue. It looks like just affect the PCB with Green Color.
All my other 3 PCB using Black Color (which cost USD$15 more on each design) and they looks ok.

I have the same concern. Maybe because the manufacturing line got too many orders for Green PCB (which is the cheapest, other colors charges USD$15 more) and the AOI and QC process are skipped just like the Drilling process is skipped.

you only have one side routing....
Thus any test will report no problem

具体原因外贸人员应已与LZ解释清楚并作处理。首先必须诚恳说声抱歉，这确实是我们的问题。
1、工程资料处理是正确的，所有层齐全，钻孔完好，但是在读入拼版程序的时候，钻孔竟然没读进去，
拼版程序我们软件已在20号有发布过检漏提示，遗憾的是这款板是在13号下生产的，所以检测功能没及时的用上，这是我们的原因没把好关；
2、如果资料上已经没孔了，测试是测不出来的，因为测试资料是依据工程资料为准的，这一点解惑为什么测试没测出来；
3、重点说明下哈，我们不存在说会因为价格便宜而跳过某道工序的，这是一定、绝对不允许发生的事，四款中仅绿油板出现此问题纯属巧合；
4、后续品质问题建议直接在ERP售后提交，我们有专门的投诉反馈渠道，为有效及时，方便快捷，ERP上都是有作各种链接一查便知，
而在此处我们找一个客户编号往往都要花半天时间，还望理解！

Thanks for the prompt reply on the forum and on my email.
The sole purpose for the feedback is: the root cause can be detected, and no more same issue happened again to any customer.

It is understandable that we all make mistakes.
When issue happened, it is a crisis, however, if it is treadted right, it can also turn out to be an oppotunity.
We will see.

Do you have a link or guide how to get into this ERP system.
I don't know how to get into the ERP system from my account at JLC PCB web site.

My customer number is part of the order number.
"Order Number: Y2-2204043A"
The "2204043A" is my customer number, the "Y2" seems to be different for each of my PCB order.

Somehow, we will need a double check process to make sure gerber file are processed correctly.
Otherwise, the same issue will happen again soon, espicially if we consider the number of orders are porcessed every day by JLC.

这很难的吧,怎么可能要求每个都去看那么仔细,,JLC既然全自动的,程序不出漏洞,应该不会再发生了

刚查询您的订单已经生产完成，pcb在发货部打包，今天能赶上晚上的航班，预计8号到达您那里。快递单号今天会给你发邮件告知。

PCB was received today (March-06-2018) finally.

Top One is the right one received on March-06-2018

The PCB are manufactured on Jan-28-2018. It took longer than expected to have the parcel shipped.
For some reason, the PCB wasn't shipped until March-2nd-2018 (DHL tracking number: 5869271251).

The other downside is the duty cost. Basically anything declare a value more than 20 CAD$ will need pay tax or duty.
The duty and process fee (charged by DHL) we paid probably are close to the cost of the item.
And I paid the same duty and process twice.
