貌似，镀金的可焊性稍差，铅锡的可焊性最好，其次是沉金。沉金和镀金价格一样。
我的板子就是镀金的，焊接效果不理想，后来和厂家联系了一下，厂家说以后做沉金会好些……还好样品之做了5片。

没有啊，我感觉和镀锡的板子差不多，没感觉有明显差异

把芯片拆掉，然后用铜线把锡吸走，然后在用烙铁往焊盘上带锡，就会发现某些焊盘比较不粘锡。这个问题多出现在手工多次焊接的时候。
不严重，不影响焊接可靠性，仅仅是引脚的粘锡能力有所区别。厂家也认可这种情况。
这方面无机酸大侠应该有了解吧？能指教一下，两种工艺的区别么？

搞了一夜，-5v输出有点问题，再就是mos管坏了，那个控制主电源的那个mos管，建议邮寄时不要使用那种不防静电的塑料袋，最好用细铜丝把8个脚全部短路再邮寄。

He means:
In China, the fatest express is sf-express.com. It can not achieve Ukrain but only Singapore and Korea.

There are some other express, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx etc. But they are much more expensive.

Bad news.
I went post office this morning, and argue with them because EMS said will not receive eletric products in few month.
It is fantastic that the reson why is EXPO in Shanghai China, They will not deliver the electric products during these time（Security Check will be fail）.
There are these option now:
1\Many days later(about two weeks), I will go to another city, then I will try a nother EMS post office.
2\Ask some other in internet to confirm if the electric products are acceptale, then send to him to help delivery.

坏消息。
今天早上去了邮局，和他们吵了一顿，因为他们说EMS现在不接收电子产品（包括未来数月）
他们不收的理由非常荒诞，是因为中国上海现在在开世博会！在这期间，他们不收电子产品(安检通不过)。
现在有两个选择：
1、两周之后我将到另一个城市，试试另一城市的EMS。
2、请网友问问11185能不能收电子产品，我可以把东西发过去让他代发。

5月底我往北京发过一次EMS，线路板。貌似只能国内发？
