PIC16F882下载，调试问题

完美幸

用的MPLAB X IDE,XC8V1.2免费的编译器，调试器用的PICkit3。做的简单的IO口测试，下载进去无反应，IO口2.2V左右的高阻。DEBUG运行是正常的。代码如下：
